Centrex Technical Sales abides by the following policy for Returns and Replacements.
No returns will be accepted after 60 days.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form with RMA number will be emailed to you and please included RMA with return product. Please email us, company name, invoice number, item & quantity to obtain RMA.
Returned merchandise subject to 25% re-stocking charge and freight expenses. All return merchandise must be brand new with original packing material and sellable. No credit will be allowed for used or un-sellable merchandise.
Machinery, tanks, pumps, instruments, and products subject to manufacturer warranty and repair policy are not returnable. Custom hoses (i.e. crimped with ends) are non-returnable.
