Centrex Technical Sales abides by the following policy for Returns and Replacements.

  • No returns will be accepted after 60 days.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form with RMA number will be emailed to you and please included RMA with return product.  Please email us, company name, invoice number, item & quantity to obtain RMA.
  • Returned merchandise subject to 25% re-stocking charge and freight expenses.  All return merchandise must be brand new with original packing material and sellable.  No credit will be allowed for used or un-sellable merchandise.
  • Machinery, tanks, pumps, instruments, and products subject to manufacturer warranty and repair policy are not returnable.  Custom hoses (i.e. crimped with ends) are non-returnable.
